Returns & Refunds

At ZestFlora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact
  • Accessories must be in original packaging
  • Final sale items marked "non-refundable" cannot be returned

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return through our online portal within 30 days
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging
  3. Include the completed return form
  4. Ship using a trackable method (customer responsible for return shipping)

Refund Details

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • For exchanges, we'll ship the new item once we receive your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
