ZestFlora makes every effort to display product colors and features as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect our products. All dresses, swimwear, hats, shawls, scarves, and accessories are subject to availability.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and be conducted in English.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

ZestFlora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
